Make a Visible Impact : Chair NPD meetings, set KPIs, and represent the business in audits and customer sessions. Collaborate Across the Business : Work closely with marketing, production, and suppliers while keeping your finger on the pulse of consumer tastes. What You’ll Do Build and manage the NPD and EPD (existing product development) pipeline. Research market trends and competitor launches to guide creative concepts. Develop and cost recipes, oversee nutritional calculations, and coordinate packaging and artwork approvals. Maintain supplier relationships, ensuring ingredient quality, safety, and compliance.
