* PASMA Trained Operative
* Slinger Signaller
* Shuttering Joiner
* Steel Fixer
What You'll Do
Depending on the role, you may be involved in:
* Supporting rail and infrastructure construction and maintenance activities
* Working on complex civil engineering projects
* Assisting with logistics, site safety, and general site operations
* Operating equipment or undertaking specialist trade tasks
* Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
You'll collaborate with experienced teams across rail, transport, and infrastructure sectors, seeing the real‑world impact of your contribution in the journeys made every day.
Working Pattern
These roles require flexibility. Candidates should be open to working a variety of shift patterns, including:
* Days
* Nights
* Weekends
Shift patterns will be discussed directly with your assigned Morson recruiter.
