What You’ll Get To Do
* Get to lead and mentor a growing tax team
* Get to lead and deliver complex tax advisory projects from scoping to implementation
* Get to provide expert technical advice in areas such as reorganisations, property structuring, or shareholder exits
* Get to prepare & review personal tax work, working papers, and reports for accuracy
* Get to manage workloads and run weekly team updates
* Get to act as the main point of contact for the team & clients, building strong relationships
* Get to monitor budgets and drive efficiencies
* Get to stay ahead of evolving tax legislation
* Get to support business development and spot new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified with 3–5+ years’ post-qualified experience
* Commercially aware, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands
* A proactive communicator who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines
* Previous UK practice experience is essential
