This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and being part of a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
Support customers with delivery queries and updates
Track shipments and liaise with carrier networks
Investigate delivery issues and help resolve them quickly
Update shipment information and maintain accurate records
Provide clear, friendly and professional communication
