An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Facilities Directorate. The post holder will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Fleet Management service, based at Royal Victoria Hospital. Duties can be diverse and include dealing with phone / email / face to face enquiries from staff across the organisation regarding fleet vehicles, inputting data to local and national databases, liaising with contractors and on occasion transferring fleet vehicles (cars) between NHS Tayside sites.
The Successful Candidate Should Have
* HNC / SVQ III / SCQF Level 7 or equivalent in office or business administration or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
* Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
* A full driving licence.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
