Responsibilities As a Lecturer in Maths, you will: * Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Maths within the Teaching & Learning sector. * Plan a program of study for Mathematics that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of all students. * Support students' academic and personal growth, helping them achieve their full potential. * Develop and implement lesson plans that connect classroom learning to real-world applications. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and address the needs of all students. * Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing guidance and tailored support. Requirements We seek candidates who: * Are qualified teachers or willing to work towards. * Possess current knowledge and experience in teaching Mathematics. * Hold GCSEs at Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification. * Have a level 3 qualification or above in Mathematics related discipline. * Exhibit effective classroom management skills, alongside excellent time management and strong communication abilities. * Are skilled in preparing teaching materials using Information Learning Technology. * Have experience teaching GCSE Mathematics in either a school or further education (FE) setting and delivering exam-based qualifications (experience with Functional Skills is desirable).
