What you’ll do: The Visual Excellence Manager (Wholesale) plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful visual merchandising strategies across key wholesale accounts in Europe. This position is responsible for creating and implementing commercial, insight-driven visual guidelines aligned with brand calendars, ensuring consistency and excellence at the point of sale. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role drives best-in-class executions that enhance customer experience and contribute to net sales growth. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, brand activation, and marketing teams, as well as external agencies, to influence visual presentation and maintain alignment with global merchandising objectives. Skills you’ll need: We are seeking a highly skilled professional with proven expertise in retail visual merchandising and end-to-end process management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building abilities, exceptional organizational, project management skills, and a proactive approach to working both independently and collaboratively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and fluency in English are essential.
