We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. You’ll be working on career‑defining projects with some of the most exciting brands in the industry – helping to shape their social strategy and deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a natural collaborator – someone who’s as comfortable leading client conversations as they are getting stuck into the detail. You’ll work closely with our clients and internal teams to bring big ideas to life, all while keeping campaigns focused, strategic, and aligned to business goals.

What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering a standout client experience, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on brief and hit deadlines (and budgets).
* Spotting opportunities to improve the way we work – streamlining processes, managing scope and driving efficiencies.
* Understanding the commercial picture for each project and ensuring expectations and deliverables are clear and managed.
* Collaborating across strategy, content and paid teams to create smart, joined‑up campaigns that deliver measurable results.
* Sharing your knowledge generously by supporting, mentoring, and inspiring more junior team members.
* Turning data into insight and reports into stories that help clients understand performance, impact, and next steps.
What we’re looking for:
* A confident communicator with excellent client‑management skills.
* Adaptable, proactive and full of ideas.
* A creative thinker who loves solving problems.
* Highly organised with strong project‑management skills.
* Previous experience in an agency or fast‑paced marketing environment.
