Role Description
* Partner closely with the Managing Director and leadership team across a c.400‑employee workforce (approx. 50% field‑based / 50% office‑based)
* Support the integration of a newly acquired business, including culture, structure and policy alignment
* Drive performance, capability and manager effectiveness, including within field teams
* Lead and develop an HR Advisor
* Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, talent and succession
* Deliver people initiatives, change and transformation activity
* Be part of a strong culture and highly collaborative leadership team, with close partnership with a high‑quality, engaging MD

* Confident, credible and not a “yes” person
* Commercial and hands‑on HR professional
* Curious, personable and enjoys getting close to the business
* Experience working in operational and/or field‑based environments
* Available within one month’s notice or less
