About the Role As a Property Lawyer, you will report to the Conveyancing Manager and manage a varied caseload with the support of an assistant. Key Responsibilities Manage and run a caseload of conveyancing transactions, including leasehold, new build, and shared ownership sales and purchases. Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in person. Draft and review contracts, Transfers of Parts, Deeds of Easements, and related legal documents. Ensure all work complies with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records using case management systems, Land Registry Portal, and online SDLT submissions. Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the transaction. Attend training sessions, 121 meetings, and contribute to team performance reviews. Stay compliant with AML legislation, CQS requirements, and SRA obligations. What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in a conveyancing fee earner role (more senior candidates also considered). Strong technical skills in conveyancing, particularly with leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters. Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail. Competent in using MS Office and legal case management systems. Track record of meeting targets, deadlines, and client expectations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Whats on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) and benefits package. Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch.
