Restaurant Manager – Vietnamese Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our authentic Vietnamese restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a love for Vietnamese cuisine to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
* Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Handle reservations, customer feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
* Assist in marketing, promotions, and community engagement to grow the brand.
* Monitor financial performance, control costs, and meet business targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor (hospitality/restaurant industry).
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
