The Technical and Investment Director is accountable to the Chief Executive for the technical performance, asset management strategy and asset investment decisions. The role covers all technical performance aspects relating to works including lifecycle investment, funded improvements and third party projects. For lifecycle aspects under direct control the role ensures the effective planning, delivery, and optimisation of lifecycle investment, asset performance, and technical governance to meet contractual, financial, and handback requirements.
