Head of Business Operations
to oversee daily operations and support the implementation of the 2024-28 Business Strategy. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring effective business functioning, and fostering a customer-focused culture. Key Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day business operations of the County FA. Collaborating on football development and facilities management. Supporting board and senior leadership with strategic planning and meeting schedules. Ensuring health, safety, and legislative compliance. Leading marketing, business development, safeguarding, and health & safety initiatives. Supporting the implementation of systems like Freshdesk and Telephone System. Qualifications and Skills: Experience in operational management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Strong communication, collaboration, and multi-tasking skills.
