Job Summary:
As a Junior Executive Assistant at Bullen, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Board Members and Senior Leadership Team in their day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication within the organisation. This role presents an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain insight into the workings of a dynamic organisation.

This is an on-site role, based at our HQ on Brunswick Business Park, Liverpool L3 4BH
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
* Provide high-quality administrative support to Board Members and Senior Leadership Team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
* Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Meeting Coordination:
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the Board Members and Senior Leadership Team.
* Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials, and ensure timely distribution to attendees.
* Attend meetings, take minutes, capture actions and distribute to attendees.
Communication Management:
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries and directing communications as necessary.
* Facilitate effective communication within the organisation by distributing announcements and other relevant information.
Document Management:
* Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.
* Assist with document preparation, formatting, editing, and proofreading as needed.
Project Assistance:
* Provide project support to the Board Members and Senior Leadership Team, including research, data analysis, and coordination of project-related activities.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar capacity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
