Overview

Join ALPADIA’s team to make Summer 2026 an unbelievable experience. We are looking for highly motivated people who have the ability to engage and inspire colleagues, and who are looking for an enriching and educational experience themselves.


Responsibilities

* Staff Management: Manage all staff effectively and respectfully, considering their personal development and providing all necessary support to ensure a high standard of service for students arriving and departing. Lead meetings to drive performance, assist with training and induction, and support the regional manager with performance management and disciplinary action as needed.
* Student Management: Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care. Manage student/parent/agent queries effectively and respectfully, following Alpadia policies to ensure students enjoy and contribute to the programme with respect to others.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in our camps, head office, transfer providers and customer care teams, ensuring professionalism and timely updates via the Sales and Admissions team and line managers.
* Complaint Management: Manage and respond to student/parent/agent complaints professionally and promptly. Conduct enquiries with airport/camp teams as necessary and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and reduce future complaints.
* Administration: Ensure weekend departure/arrival data and UM details are organized and delivered to partners on time. Manage airport transfer communications and inform Camp Management Teams of student departures each Friday in good time.
* Relationships: Maintain professional working relationships with Transfers Team and transfer providers. Foster a positive, motivated team environment.


Qualifications

Essential:

* Management experience in junior education or learning
* Experience working at airports or train stations in a similar role
* Experience working with juniors
* Experience in a role involving organisation, travel, or education
* Ability to manage a team of diverse personalities and skills
* Professional experience in holiday course centres or similar structure
* High sense of responsibility, organisation and initiative
* Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people
* Positive attitude to the use of authority and maintaining discipline
* First Degree or similar
* High IT competency with Outlook & MS Office (especially Excel)

Desirable:

* Management experience in a summer school environment
* Experience managing multiple departments and teams
* Teaching qualification
* Excellent English, with an additional European language
* Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours
* Attention to detail at an exceptional level
* Management degree
* Safeguarding and Welfare experience with under 18s
