School Admin & Attendance Officer – Arbor Experience Essential

Westminster, London

Full-time, Long-Term

A busy Westminster secondary school is on the lookout for a skilled Admin & Attendance Officer who’s confident using Arbor. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping attendance on track and making sure the school day runs smoothly behind the scenes.

If you know your way around school systems and can keep calm under pressure, this role will put your skills to good use in a supportive team environment.

Your Role

5. Managing attendance records using Arbor (experience essential)

6. Following up on absences and liaising with parents/carers

7. Supporting the office with admin and data entry tasks

8. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and attendance policies

What We’re Looking For

9. Arbor experience is a must

10. Previous school admin/attendance experience preferred

11. Strong communication and organisational skills

12. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
