Brief Job Summary
Provide practical support and guidance to our front-line care and support the team through on-the-job observational supervision. Completion of Forms and Personalized Care Plans. Support Our People with Activities: Arranging and supervising. Provide management cover in the absence of the Extra Care Manager/ Assistant Manager and Support Team Manager where required. Undertake Duty Management tasks as defined on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide practical support and guidance to our front-line care and support team through on-the-job observational supervision.
* Complete forms and develop personalized care plans.
* Arrange and supervise activities for residents.
* Provide management cover in the absence of the Extra Care Manager, Assistant Manager, or Support Team Manager.
* Carry out duty management tasks as defined on a rota basis.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
* Level 2 in Literacy skills or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years working with vulnerable adults, adults with disabilities, or adults with dementia.
* Knowledge of the Care Standards and CQC inspection framework.
* Good awareness of Extra Care Services both social care and housing management aspects.
