CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is looking for an experienced Facilities Management Account Manager to lead the delivery of a major logistics client in Slough.

This is a high-profile role within our Facilities Management division, where you will take full ownership of account performance, building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a consistently exceptional, 5-star service.

Innovation sits at the heart of what we do. As Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, strengthening commercial performance and identifying opportunities to introduce new services and solutions that add real value to the client and the business.


What you’ll be doing

As Facilities Management Account Manager, you will:

* Lead the day-to-day delivery of hard services, managing site teams and supply chain partners to meet contractual KPIs and service outcomes
* Build and maintain excellent client relationships through regular progress meetings, site visits and ongoing engagement
* Take full P&L accountability, ensuring agreed profit margins are achieved and sustained
* Manage and develop a mixed team of soft services professionals, M&E engineers and contract support staff to maximise performance and engagement
* Support the development of standard operating procedures, emergency response and contingency plans
* Champion health, safety and compliance, ensuring safe working conditions and regular policy reviews
* Identify and deliver opportunities for the strategic growth of the contract, increasing turnover and profitability and supporting successful re-tenders


About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

* Proven experience in a similar Account Manager or Contract Manager role within Facilities Management
* Strong FM knowledge across hard service delivery
* Environment experience in a logistics or depots (desirable)
* Strong commercial acumen, including demonstrable experience managing a P&L
* Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
* A health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH (desirable)
