40 hours per week, plus ‘on-call’ duties
£42,500 per annum (Inclusive of Car allowance), plus bonus

We’re looking for an experienced and committed Assistant Group Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our Housekeeping team and become a valued part of day-to-day operations, based at our Support Centre in Ringwood, Hampshire.
About the Job
You’ll play an essential role in assisting the Group Housekeeping Manager to lead the team of housekeepers in every home, making our homes feel like home, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all communal areas and residents’ rooms.
You’ll help your teams deliver a first-class service, taking pride in your contribution to the health and wellbeing of our residents, who are at the heart of all we do.
You’ll visit homes at least once in a four week period, and provide written reports to ensure continuous improvement. You’ll ensure your homes are staffed, and oversee the recruitment, induction and development of new housekeeping staff.
As Assistant Group Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeping Manager you’ll work closely with your Home Manager, assisting with any complaints, arranging housekeeping meetings, and keeping them up to date with policy changes.

About you
You’re a team player and motivator with an enthusiasm for what you do and a can-do attitude. You’re an effective communicator who is friendly, kind, honest and reassuring.
You’ll have previous experience at a similar level, or you’re looking to take the next step up and advance your career.
You will be a car driver, with valid business insurance so you can travel across our portfolio of homes.
