We are looking for Support Workers with experience that would like to work for a friendly, professional and long-established organisation. We have night shifts mostly available.
What will you be doing?
Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care if need be.
Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
What you must have?
· The ideal candidate must be competent in medication and epilepsy rescue medication.
· Previous experience in care/ support
· DBS certificate
· Team player
