Sales & Marketing Manager - Ramps for Access
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Hours: From 30 hours – Full Time, depending on candidate
The Role
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead Ramps for Access's efforts to grow its market presence, drive sales of its ramp and accessibility product range, and reinforce its brand as a trusted UK-made accessibility solutions provider. This role combines strategic planning, customer engagement, and execution of both sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to support growth across direct consumer markets and institutional clients (e.g., local authorities, housing associations, occupational therapists).
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales plans that increase revenue from online, direct, and B2B channels.
* Lead and grow our social media presence (content, engagement, campaigns)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
* Identify new opportunities within residential, commercial, and public sector markets
* Contribute ideas to improve products, processes, and customer experience
Skills and experience & personal attributes
* Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within manufacturing, mobility aids, healthcare products, or similar B2C/B2B environments.
* Confident using social media for business growth
* Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience or knowledge of the NHS/Local Authority Network is desirable
* Full driving licence preferred
