Residential Support Worker (Level 3 or Working Towards)
Day & Night Shifts Available
We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join a specialist residential setting supporting children and young people with additional and complex needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or are actively working towards it) and are passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support in a residential setting
* Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and personal development
* Support with daily routines, activities, and education
* Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
* Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* Experience supporting children or young people, ideally with additional needs
* A caring, patient, and resilient approach
* Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends
