Position: Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales
Location: Lake District / Cumbria
Salary: Up to £32,000 + fantastic bonus, company car or car allowance, and a home-based contract

Your Key Responsibilities

* Grow and retain customers, achieving profitable volume growth against targets.
* Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, providing valuable solutions and products.
* Stay informed about competitor activities, ensuring you offer the best local solutions.
* Collaborate proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer needs and ensure smooth transitions.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.

Familiarity with our modernization program and new technologies to enhance customer experience is a plus. While experience with Salesforce is not essential, it would be advantageous.
