All about the role
This position is an interim role, specifically covering maternity leave. As a Global Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (I,D&B) Lead, your mandate involves co-developing and advancing the I,D&B global learning strategy, while directly reporting to the Global Director of I,D&B. In addition, you will specifically partner with our Global Logistics (DelCo and Scoober) organisation and North American Segment, specifically Canada, ensuring our strategies are effectively adapted and implemented at a functional and local level.
In this role, you will spearhead global learning programmes with a broad impact across over 20 markets, driving educational initiatives that nurture an inclusive environment. As a Global Business Partner for our Global Logistics functions and for our North American segment, you will enhance inclusion within these parts of the business. Your core responsibilities include launching global learning programmes tailored for diverse groups from leadership to teams and ensuring strategic alignment with key leaders from Logistics and North America to integrate and promote inclusion and diversity within their areas.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Act as the I,D&B authority, propelling transformative change across a multidisciplinary landscape, focusing notably on owning the learning and development pillar of the I,D&B strategy.
* Collaborate with the Global Head of Learning & Development and team to drive the development and rollout of global learning initiatives, including the launch of an inclusive leadership programme for all senior leaders at JET, company-wide learning for all, and targeted learning for our HR teams and managers.
* Champion change and an inclusive culture across the organisation, engaging our people and leaders as we grow and develop.
* Lead multi-disciplined project teams in the effective delivery of I,D&B initiatives across the business.
* Collaborate with Logistics leadership and teams, including Delco and Scoober, to embed I,D&B principles within their strategies and operations.
* Lead staff in Canada for the implementation of key strategic projects and consult with the local Senior Leadership team on the 2025 I,D&B strategy development.
* Collaborate and engage with the Global HRBP team and others to support the regional and local organisation and work in tandem with other I,D&B team members.

* Experience in Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging, combined with excellent business partnering and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in leading the development and successful implementation of I,D&B global programs for both senior leadership and employees, devising strategies,setting objectives and measuring outcomes.
* Strong organisational skills and project management, experience working within a rapidly growing, globally oriented and fast-paced environment.
* You are up-to-date on the latest developments within the field of Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging and are passionate about learning.
* You are empathic, connect easily with other people and have a pragmatic approach.
* Flawless communication skills and proven ability to lead and support the work of others.
