Opportunity for shared parental pay. What you’ll be doing: Develop and implement Anglian Water’s Biosecurity Plan, Policy, and Rapid Response Plan. Lead risk assessments to prioritise invasive species management and biosecurity investments. Oversee the installation and maintenance of biosecurity infrastructure across operational and recreational sites. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and deliver INNS-related obligations under WINEP. Design and deliver awareness campaigns, training, and events to promote good biosecurity practices. Collaborate with internal teams and Biodiversity Champions to embed biosecurity into daily operations. Represent Anglian Water in national INNS forums and lead regional partnership projects. Drive research and innovation in INNS monitoring, control, and data recording. Build strong relationships with regulators, NGOs, and contractors to support shared environmental goals. Promote a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement in all biosecurity-related activities. What does it take to be successful?
