IPAF Driver (3A & 3B) - Housing Development SiteLocation: Plymouth
Rate: £17 - £18 per hour Umbrella and PAYE only

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced IPAF Driver to operate a cherry picker (MEWP) on a busy housing development site. The successful candidate will support trades on-site, ensure safe operation of access equipment, and assist with general site duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Safe and efficient operation of MEWP equipment (3A & 3B categories)
* Supporting site teams with access requirements
* Conducting pre-use checks and ensuring the machine is kept in good working order
* Complying with all on-site health & safety procedures
* Assisting with general labouring tasks when necessary
Requirements
* Valid IPAF licence with 3A & 3B categories
* Previous experience operating cherry pickers on construction sites
* CSCS card (preferred but not always essential - adapt as needed)
* Strong awareness of health & safety regulations
* Reliability and strong communication skills
