The Day to Day:
3. Provide organised, proactive administrative support to both Sales and Marketing teams
4. Track and follow up on sales opportunities and proposals
5. Maintain clear and regular client communication, ensuring satisfaction and trust
6. Help prepare tailored content and marketing materials based on Account Manager input
7. Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, and actions
8. Ensure accurate handover of new client information for onboarding
9. Maintain and update internal systems, CRM data, and knowledge bases
10. Occasionally attend client meetings or industry networking events with Account Managers
You Will Have/Be:
11. Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration or customer service role
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Strong attention to detail and a naturally structured working style
14. Enthusiasm for supporting a high-performing team and delivering real client value
15. Professional, confident telephone manner
16. Tech or IT industry experience is helpful but not essential
