The Role As a Pastoral Support worker, you will work as part of the schools inclusion and student personal development and pastoral team. The role is to support students to overcome barriers to learning, improve achievement, progress and develop the student’s character and conduct to help them fulfil their potential as a learner. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the pastoral team in personal development of students towards values, character strengths, attitudes and behaviour To communicate with the appropriate members of the school, including tutors and the SEN department so that strategies and targeted learning can be actioned.
