What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Parts Department with ordering, receiving, and managing stock. Assisting technicians and customers with identifying and supplying the correct parts. Learning to use dealership systems to manage parts inventory and orders. Building product knowledge and customer service skills through hands-on experience. Attending regular training with Lexus GB.
What We're Looking For:
A keen interest in the motor industry. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work towards a Parts Advisor Apprenticeship. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
