Role: Front of House / Office Administrator
Location: West London
Hybrid: Office based, 5 days in
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The Role:
This position offers a varied mix of front‑of‑house, administrative, and coordination responsibilities, supporting the Executive Assistant / Office Manager and the wider business. It’s a busy, people‑focused role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset. With future career progression to move into a PA position later down the line, offering exposure to senior leaders, project coordination, and business operations as the firm grows.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, clients, and investors.
* Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared, refreshments arranged, and AV equipment set up.
* Support general administrative tasks including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
* Coordinate global travel and accommodation bookings handled in‑house.
* Assist with company events including logistics, catering, and coordination.
* Provide support to the compliance team, arranging training sessions for new joiners and rolling staff programmes.
* Manage office supplies, post, couriers, and pantry stock levels.
* Undertake First Aid duties (training provided if required).

* Discreet and trustworthy, with a polished and proactive approach.
* Experienced in front‑of‑house, diary management, and administrative coordination.
* Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experienced in financial or professional services (preferred but not essential).
* Eager to grow into a broader support or PA role as the company expands.
* Finance experience highly beneficial but not essential.
