Gill Marsh Forecourts Limited is a proud and expanding operator of Spar convenience stores and forecourts, committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality products to our local community. We aim to offer a welcoming shopping experience that meets the diverse needs of our customers, and we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our Bilsby store.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a store that offers groceries, a food-to-go department, a Post Office, and a growing Snappy Shopper online shopping and home delivery service.
About the Role:
As a Multi-Role Team Member, you'll get the chance to contribute in several areas:
* Assisting customers with their purchases and delivering outstanding service in our Spar convenience store
* Preparing hot food, pastries & cakes in the Food To Go department
* Managing customer services at the Post Office counter
* Assisting with local home deliveries via our Snappy Shopper service (UK driving licence required)
No two days will be the same — you'll get to work across multiple departments, gaining a wealth of experience
What We're Looking For:
* A passion for customer service and a positive attitude
* Team-oriented with the flexibility to jump in wherever needed
* An ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
* A full UK driving licence (essential for delivery duties)
* Previous experience in retail, kitchen work, or customer service is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
