Who are we?

Caring For Care is the UK's top rated healthcare training provider. We are 11 years old and we have big, exciting plans expansion – sorry for the typo – BIG, EXCITING PLANS - that is better

Caring For Care is a nurse led care and clinical company with high standards of customer service and creating a supportive team environment.

We provide online and face to face training to the health and social care sector. This is both onsite and nationwide at our customers venues.

We are a well-established company who encourages team members to grow and develop their skill set to enable them to make decisions about their role and the direction of the company.

Raising Standards Together is our motto and that ethos has been with us from the start and runs through the business today. With each team member having the freedom to share ideas and test new things, new ways of working without concern of a finger pointing blame culture if things don't quite go to plan. It's all learning

'It's always been like that' simply isn't in our vocab.

We are the top rated clinical and care training provider – check out our reviews.

You can find out more information on our indeed company page, website, socials, and YouTube Videos.

Who are we looking for?

More passion – More energy – More footwork

This is the bit where you can decide if the job is for you as these are non-negotiables for Caring For Care. We have an extremely awesome team.

It takes someone who is committed to the role and who wants to make things easier for others to be part of the gang.

P.S this does not mean taking work home or staying late that isn't our definition of being committed to the role. We value work life balance and take lots of time and planning into reducing / avoiding potential overwhelm. Your health and stress levels are important to us and work shouldn't have a negative impact on your health.

Your time is valuable and if you are not nodding in agreement with the below working with Caring For Care is not for you.

1. You need to care. It soon becomes clear the people who say they care and who really do – we want the ones who really do care about providing excellent service to our customers, correcting mistakes, and not cutting corners.

2. You must be a dog lover not just a dog tolerator. With two dogs in the office, they play a big part of the team, and you will never be alone at dinner time. If you are not keen on dogs this isn't the right company for you. We are explicitly clear that the girls are a big part of our #officelife but people who do not like dogs or are allergic to dogs still apply – yikes No one wins in that situation.

3. You want to help make things easier for others. Although you will have your core job role we don't say 'that's not my job' in the office – we all make brews and fill the dishwasher.

4. You want to be part of an exceptional team and are OK with being part of social media. I can't imagine a better team to work with and part of our plans this year is to showcase our work culture. You don't have to be involved in everything – you have a life – but it would be a bit weird if you didn't want to get involved at all.

5. You are self-aware enough to know you don't know everything and that another team member may have a better way of working and will suggest this to you. We have a very positive attitude to open communication and sometimes this may be to say – you have done this wrong; can you change it BUT equally we will share your wins. We do not believe in toxic positivity, but we work hard on creating a positive, friendly, and genuinely supportive office – we all want you to succeed

6. You are prepared to take full responsibility for when you mess up – you will mess up. I know it and you know it; the difference with working at Caring for Care is we simply want to learn from it and work out how we can prevent it from happening again.

7. You want to do your job and not add stress to others or throw team members under the bus– I know this seems obvious right? But after 10 years' experience employing people so many want to avoid their responsibilities and pile it on other team members BUT still get paid their full wage (EYE ROLL EMOJI) – how is this fair? It isn't and isn't acceptable within Caring for Care.

8. Being organised and enjoying planning is an essential part of the role. If you are a hot mess you will need to manage your time to double check the small details and tidy your desk before heading home.

We have realised that experience doesn't always equal competence and we would like to bring an individual into the team who has transferable skills, enthusiasm, values that are aligned with ours and a willing attitude to learn.

Why would you want to work with us?

Did I mention we have huge, big exciting plans?

The sky really is the limit and regarding progression you have lots of ability to impact the direction you go and ultimately the amount you earn.

We would never lead an individual on as your career choices effect lots of life decisions but as a company we are constantly evolving, and it would be great to have your enthusiasm onboard.

What would being part of the outbound sales team look like?

Honestly? This is our first time growing this section of the business, so you have an opportunity (but not a responsibility as that is the managements) to help with process, share your energy and ideas and develop the culture and sales team.

We have a great service; a great reputation and our customers need the service so this isn't like selling double glazed windows to a random phone number.

Magic wand request from our directors is someone who can inject some energy into our processes and have your positive vibe rub off onto others to help motivate the team. You take your professionalism seriously but not yourself. You can laugh at yourself and try new things. You also have a strong hunger and drive for hitting targets.

Start date

We are looking for you to start in the next 2-6 weeks. This allows time for interview process and notice period.

We are not simply looking for someone to fill the desk space and will wait until we find the right fit for the role.

How to apply

OK you have got this far – am I right in thinking there is some interest in working with us?

If so, please ensure you complete all assessments – we do not review applicants who have not completed all parts of the application.

Have a nosey on our website, socials etc – is this a place you can see yourself working?

A personalised cover letter is always nice to read, and an up-to-date relevant CV is essential.

Any questions please ask away and I will be happy to answer. Prefer to call? Ask to speak to a course advisor and they can answer any question you may have about the role.

Due to usually receiving a high number of applicants we may close stop the job advert early – get your C.V dusted off and application in quickly to avoid disappointment.
