Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to students.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and engagement.
* Assess and evaluate student work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
* Support students' personal and social development, nurturing their confidence and self-esteem.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Computer Science education and incorporate relevant advancements into teaching practices.
* Establish and maintain strong communication and relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.).
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the Computer Science curriculum.
* Experience in delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
