We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £ per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: Front desk management: Welcoming visitors, managing calls and maintaining a professional reception area Visitor co-ordination: Oversee sign-in, security procedures and notify colleagues of arrivals Meetings and event support: Schedule rooms, arrange refreshments/equipment and coordinate catering Administrative duties: Handle emails, mail and manage office suppliers, assisting with travel and expenses Support communications, ensuring health and safety compliance with processing permits for contractors/visitors and adhoc admin tasks
