📍 Location & Working Hours
* Based in Bromley (office and field-based)
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
🔍 Requirements
* 1-3 years' sales experience (construction industry background is advantageous)
* Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Comfortable working within a small, rapidly developing team
* Highly driven, ambitious, and able to meet targets consistently
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Daily Logistics & Delivery Management
* Manage daily delivery schedules and confirm dispatches with suppliers
* Provide customers with accurate and timely delivery updates
* Support in resolving supply or delivery challenges
Outreach & Cold Calling
* Conduct a minimum of 4 hours of outbound cold calling each day, targeting contractors and construction sites
* Maintain accurate activity records and schedule follow-up calls
Road Sales & Site Introductions
* Visit multiple sites to introduce the company's products and services
* Build strong working relationships with key decision-makers across the sector
Office Sales & Relationship Management
* Attend customer offices with samples and branded marketing materials
* Strengthen existing relationships and identify new sales opportunities
Ad Hoc Office Duties & Professional Development
* Develop knowledge of products, pricing structures, and supplier networks
* Shadow senior team members to support career progression
