Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at CLEAN JOE. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing strategic plumbing company referrals, partnerships, and driving sales growth. We are actively looking to hire an experienced, hard-working and enthusiastic sales professional as an Outside Sales Manager. This Sales Manager will focus on our Water Damage Restoration division and build relationships with other companies in our area. This position is about creating long-term mutually beneficial partnerships between our company and other service providers. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
PPP (Plumbing Partner Program) Sales / Business Development Manager
• Prospecting new plumber relationships
• Organizing week and tracking activities in Luxor (CRM)
• Sourcing and fielding referrals
·Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
·Understand customer needs and requirements.
·Provide product information and support to customers.
·Negotiate and close sales deals.
·Follow up with customers after the sale is completed.

Compensation range: $60,000 - $175,000 per year
