Responsibilities
* Provide knowledgeable advice on current trends, styles, and fabric options.
* Maintain an organised inventory ensuring all items are displayed attractively.
* Engage with clients through effective communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring timely consultations while respecting clients' time.
* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and supportive environment
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
* Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
* Proven time management capabilities to ensure a smooth flow of appointments and consultations.
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
