Overview
For 25 hrs per week the post holder will be providing a clinical pharmacy service to a number of wards within the forensic service based at St Bernards Hospital. There will be an opportunity to attend MDT meetings, clinical governance meetings and other relevant meetings pertaining to provision of pharmaceutical care to our patients. There will be at times a need to support our MMT led dispensary. The remaining 7.5hrs will be to work with the specialist learning disabilities team with the Specialist Community Forensic Team (SCFT). This is a new post, so the postholder will develop the clinical pharmacy input into this service. We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist to join a friendly, progressive clinical team, serving our community at West London NHS Trust.
Responsibilities
* Provide a clinical pharmacy service to wards within the forensic service based at St Bernards Hospital (25 hours per week).
* Attend MDT meetings, clinical governance meetings and other meetings related to provision of pharmaceutical care to patients.
* Support the MMT led dispensary when required.
* Dedicate 7.5 hours per week to work with the Specialist Community Forensic Team (SCFT) learning disabilities service and develop the clinical pharmacy input into this service.

Qualifications and Requirements
* The successful candidate should hold the Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice. The applicant will be required to take part in the out of hours on-call service.
* A postgraduate Certificate in Psychiatric Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy Diploma would be desirable, but training can be supported. Previous experience of working in and/or interest in mental health would be a requirement.
