We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a brand-new children’s residential service set in a peaceful, scenic part of Lichfield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Children’s Residential Worker to join a supportive and forward-thinking team – with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.
The Role:
Working in a nurturing and structured 3-bed EBD home, you’ll support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and learning challenges. You will play a key role in helping them feel safe, understood, and supported.

Hours: 10pm – 8pm (Waking Nights)

Pay: £16 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience working in a similar residential childcare setting (EBD or SEN experience essential)
✅ Ability to commit to full shifts
✅ A resilient, empathetic, and reliable professional who genuinely wants to make a difference
