About the Role: Harness your engineering skills to support advanced dairy technology, delivering installation and service for a global leader. As a Dairy Technical Service Support you’ll join a progressive, forward-thinking team in a varied hybrid role, taking ownership of advanced robotic systems, from installation and optimisation through to ongoing technical support.
Responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end installation, setup, and operations, ensuring technicians are fully equipped to deliver efficient installations and an outstanding customer experience
* Providing second-line technical support to improve customer satisfaction, ensure effective issue resolution, and drive consistent implementation of product updates
* Ensure technicians are trained and certified to maintain high standards of installation and maintenance
* Support the validation of new and updated solutions and be the main point of contact to develop consistent technical standards
