One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Housing Supply Assistant on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week. Overview: To support the letting and assessment functions in the Supply team, providing an effective system and administrative service Resposibilities: * To work with the Housing SupplyTeam Leader and Senior Housing Supply Officer to effective systems, process and information provision and preparation relating to the functions of the team. * To contribute as a member of the HousingSupply team. * To manage own work,keeping clear and accurate recordsand updating systems appropriately so there is a clear audit trail of activity * Deal with customer requests for information and prepare paperwork for the Senior Officer to enable responses, for example to subject access requests * Provide a telephone coverservice within theteam ensuring a professional response to customer enquiries If you are interested in this vacancy, please send your CV to Jahker Miah from Coyle Personnel Ltd
