Project Officer - Property Guide Job reference: PDPT00016D1MTE Location: Based in Ruthin / Agile working (travel throughout the county of Denbighshire is vital within this role) Salary: Grade 8 (£37,280 - £39,152 per annum) Subject to evaluation Hours: 37 per week Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months Closing date: 27/05/2026 You will need to be someone who is highly organised, curious, and able to bring structure to complex information. You will have strong analytical skills and the ability to gather, interpret and present information clearly for a range of audiences. Collaboration will be central to how you work, as the role requires close engagement with colleagues across multiple property related functions to ensure processes, responsibilities and expectations are accurately captured and well understood. You will be comfortable coordinating input from different teams, managing competing priorities, and maintaining momentum across a developing project. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, as you will help shape guidance, support materials and learning resources linked to the Property Guide. You will have an eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the confidence to seek clarification where needed. An interest in improving organisational processes, user experience and service consistency will be important, as will the ability to think ahead about how the guide will be used, maintained and embedded in practice.
