Job Title: Production Coordinator

Hours: 08:00 17:00 Monday Friday

Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum (negotiated on experience)

Location: Sheffield

Production Coordinator Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our clients team as a Production Coordinator. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across multiple workshop departments, ensuring production efficiency, compliance with health and safety standards, and the timely dispatch of goods. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership, planning, and communication skills who can thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed with the business.

Production Planning & Workshop Co-ordination:

Plan and schedule production activities for the fabrication and bar workshops.

Issue job sheets and lead regular production meetings.
