About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead (or contribute to) a committed team delivering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across all Key Stages.
Inspire curiosity, scientific thinking, and academic excellence in our students.
Play a pivotal role in curriculum development and driving outstanding teaching and learning.
Ensure high standards of progress and achievement through effective leadership and classroom practice.
Support the Catholic ethos of the school and contribute to our inclusive and nurturing environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a genuine passion for Science.
Holds QTS (or equivalent) and has experience teaching across KS3–KS5.
Demonstrates strong leadership potential, teamwork, and high expectations for all learners.
Is reflective, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.
Is willing to support and promote the Catholic ethos of the school.
