Reporting tothe Social Media Strategy Manager you will be responsible forsocial first content creation including insights generation conceptdesign and delivery. You will be working closely with our twoSocial Media Coordinators inhouse brand and creative teams to leadthe creation of high quality cutting edge static & videocontent for our socialplatforms.
Tasks
Dayto day looks likethis:
Contentcreation & strategy
* Contribute to andimplement the overall social media content strategy ensuringalignment with TALA brand guidelines and businessobjectives.
* Develop concepts and executesocialfirst content campaigns for both primary and secondarychannels to drive KPIs (engagement reach andgrowth).
* Attend all campaign shoots withsupport from wider social team and inhouse creative team; generateshotlists from briefs set by the Social Strategy Manager and socialchannel owners; capture highquality content (statics videos); andedit videos promptly. Tailoring static and video content to matchthe needs of all social media channels whilst ensuring brand visualidentity is consistent.
* Remain agile to capturecontent on nonshoot days with the creativity to find the mostaesthetic backgrounds within our social studio or local to theoffice for highquality content.
* Createcompelling customerfacing copy for our campaigns on our socialchannels (and will be used across a variety ofchannels).
* Confident in front of the cameraexcited & passionate to talk about the product to the TALAaudience.
Trends& insights
* Stay abreast of thelatest socialfirst trends tools and best practices to drive asocialfirst culture to maximise the impact of TALAscontent.
* Support and contribute to our weekly& quarterly reports on the live content trends of oursocial channels to drive our KPIs improvement engagement reach andgrowth.
Requirements
Youwill bring:
* At least 34years of professional social media experience across Instagram andTikTok but other social channels are aplus.
* You must be a creative thinker proficientat idea generation and visualisation and have an aesthetic eye.Excellent knowledge of current trends iscrucial.
* Excellent experience in creatingstatic and video content for Instagram and TikTok selfsufficiently. You will need to be comfortable in multiple contentsettings (behind and in front of the camera) includingdirecting/shooting talent. Well want to see examples of what youcan do from ideation to filming toediting.
* Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suitespecifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
* Becomfortable working in a startup environment: working quickly withavailable resources. Have the agility to handle multiple projectssimultaneously and adapt to changes in art direction and projectexecution.
* Be driven flexible and proactivewith a positive cando attitude with excellent communication andorganisation skills.
* Have a passion forsustainability and drive to further ESG initiatives throughengaging marketing demonstrated in a volunteer or professionalcapacity.
