Job Description
Responsibilities for the Project Manager role include:
1. Deliver projects on time and within budget through a structured stage‑gate process.
2. Align project deliverables with product marketing requirements.
3. Lead teams of engineers, designers, and technical specialists across development phases.
4. Build detailed project plans, resource schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
5. Conduct feasibility assessments, risk evaluations, and mitigation planning.
6. Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
7. Secure support from functional leaders and manage cross‑departmental collaboration.
8. Provide project updates, executive reviews, and stage‑gate reporting to leadership.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
9. Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
10. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or product development.
11. Strong hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle development of technical or manufactured products.
12. Proficiency with project‑management methodologies and productivity software.
13. Proven ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts and maintain effective team dynamics.
14. Skilled communicator and facilitator, comfortable interacting with upper management.
15. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
16. Understanding of mechanical systems; PMP certification preferred.
17. Ability to maintain confidentiality and openness to occasional travel.
