Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and deep technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Custom Forms, Reports, and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM modules.
* Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
* Build and maintain Custom Forms and Oracle Reports using Oracle Developer Suite.
* Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
* Work on data conversions, interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
* Provide technical support for HR modules, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
* Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules such as:
* Core HR
* Payroll
* Absence Management
* Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
* Experience in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports development.
* Strong knowledge of Fast Formula development and customization.
* Experience with EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs.
* Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code and processes.
