About the Role
As a Group Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a central role in building and embedding a robust, data-led pricing capability across the organisation. You will deliver insight into market dynamics, competitor positioning, and pricing performance to support strategic decisions, sustainable growth, and strong commercial outcomes.
Working within Group Business Intelligence, you’ll be the go-to expert for pricing insight, supporting teams across finance, commercial, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain group-wide pricing frameworks, principles, and guardrails
2. Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and affordability dynamics
3. Deliver pricing analysis including elasticity, revenue trade-offs, and demand signals
4. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
5. Support governance by reviewing and challenging pricing proposals
6. Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operational teams to drive informed decisions
7. Embed pricing metrics into dashboards and performance reporting
8. Maintain consistency and integrity of pricing data across the organisation
You will have:
9. Experience in pricing, commercial analytics, market intelligence, or similar analytical roles
10. Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex datasets
11. Experience working with pricing models, frameworks, or commercial decision-making
12. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to influence
13. High proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
14. Strong attention to detail and structured, evidence-led thinking
Desirable:
15. Experience within multi-site or group organisations
16. Exposure to pricing governance frameworks
17. Background in education, healthcare, or regulated sectors
18. Professional or postgraduate qualifications in analytics, finance, or strategy
