Assistant Manager – Transfer Pricing
Our team helps private, mid-market, and large businesses to achieve their goals by providing transfer pricing advice. We support clients throughout the entire transfer pricing lifecycle, from design to implementation, compliance, documentation, and audit defense.

Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager in our Transfer Pricing team, you will:
* Assist in managing transfer pricing projects, including scoping, WIP management, delivery, and invoicing.
* Help prepare transfer pricing reports and benchmarking studies for review within agreed timelines.
* Maintain and develop client relationships by attending meetings and following up on actions with support from Managers and Assistant Directors.
* Research prospective clients and support team proposals and pitches.
* Mentor and develop junior team members.
* Invest in your own development by working towards objectives and seeking feedback.
* Act with integrity and align with organizational values.
Candidate Requirements
The minimum criteria include:
* Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law, CFA) with post-qualification experience in practice or industry.
* Good transfer pricing technical knowledge and understanding of UK Tax legislation.
