What You'll Do:
* Ignite Curiosity: Work one-on-one and in small groups, helping students connect with lessons and discover a love for learning.

* Adapt and Support: Skillfully tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND, from EYFS to KS2.
* Be a Trusted Partner: Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff, providing essential feedback to ensure every student's progress is on track.
What You'll Need:
* A genuine passion for working with children (prior school experience is a bonus).
* A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development.
* Patience, empathy, and outstanding communication skills.
* An adaptable, positive, and proactive attitude.
* An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and the right to work in the UK.
